The Good Ship Palin

The Good Ship Palin is running aground here in Alaska. The people of the State of Alaska are showing more and more dislike for Mrs. Palin's politics or lack there of. There have been several rallies in show of non-support for Palin here in Alaska. The McCain office would like people to believe that Obama's campaign is behind all Mrs. Palin's woes. I'm here to set the record straight. His office is not involved in noway. He had nothing to do with the State Legislator starting an investigation against her. These things were going on before McCain decided to make her famous. How can she be the most popular Governor in the Country when half the Country did not even know who she was or where she comes from. That (and I will take McCain's word he used to describe the media) Gotcha Politics, is what he and Mrs. Palin are playing at. It is time for Americans to let our politicians know that this is not a game this is our lives. If Mrs. Palin has nothing to hide and did not abuse her power , why so many smoke screens in the air now? She needs to come home and clean her backyard , before she tries to tend the Country's yard.

Concerns About Palin’s Readiness as Big Test Nears - NYTimes.com: "Mr. Frum noted the difficulty that Dan Quayle, who was elected vice president in 1988, had in recovering from an early set of mistakes that led him to be ridiculed as an intellectual lightweight. “The story of Dan Quayle is he did probably 1,000 smart things as vice president, but his image was locked in and it was very difficult to turn around,” he said. “And Dan Quayle never in his life has performed as badly as Sarah Palin in the last month.”"

Concerns About Palin’s Readiness as Big Test Nears - NYTimes.com: "Polling suggests that the number of Americans who think she is not fit to be president has increased since her introduction to the country last month. A number of conservative columnists and thinkers have publicly turned against her, or criticized Mr. McCain for choosing her, including George Will, David Brooks and Kathleen Parker, who wrote a column entitled “She’s Out of Her League” for the National Review Online."

Concerns About Palin’s Readiness as Big Test Nears - NYTimes.com: "Ms. Palin, of Alaska, continues to draw large crowds, is helping Mr. McCain with fund-raising and drawing volunteers, and is drumming up support among base Republican voters who were once skeptical of his candidacy, party leaders said in interviews. Yet these rough two weeks have led some Republicans to reconsider their initial assessment that she would sharply increase Mr. McCain’s appeal among women and independent voters."

State of Emergency

Mrs. Palin needs to come home and fix her state. The Native population was reported in our local newspaper that they are having to relocate to cities here in Alaska because of the growing energy crisis affecting rural Alaska. Her trying to get to the White House is not benefiting anyone here in Alaska. We hired her to do a job and she has yet to fulfill her obligations to the State and its people. I watched a news brief today on Sarah and Mr. McCain, I was shocked to say the least at how McCain defended Palin's commit over the weekend about Pakistan saying we would use force if necessary. When Obama hinted at the same thing McCain blasted him for it during the debate. I guess its Gotcha Politics he's playing at when it suites him and his party.

America do we really have two different societies in the Country? One that follows the laws and another that bends and manipulates it to suite there needs and wants?

Please go to : adn.com for more info on our problems here in Alaska. I hope you all read our online paper so America does not make the same mistake Alaska did in hiring Palin.

TrooperGate ( HA HA)

After claiming that she would cooperate with the State Legislator investigation. Mrs. Palin's staff as well as other people with insight on some level to what took place in the firing of Moneghan. Have not shown up for questioning even after being subpoenaed( one of the no shows was Mr. Palin). If anyone of us non-political citizens were to not show up, we would be arrested. This Country would not be sending a good message to its people if Palin is allowed to live and act by different laws just because she was lucky enough out of all the housewives across America to get on a Presidential ticket.

Its time for us to let our voices be heard and tell the politicians that you can not break the law or be under investigation for breaking the law and be rewarded with a higher office in Government.

Out of the Wilderness

Hello,
America

This is the Washu coming to you from Alaska. I will be posting news, info as well as website info to check my blog information. It would appear the our Governor Sarah Palin is running for a position that shes not ready for. Here in Alaska we have a different view of Mrs. Palin. She has little or no interaction with her very diverse community here in Alaska, not only is like pulling teeth to get the lady to sit down and talk about the issues concerning our communities . She is currently under investigation for abuse of power ( I might add this investigation has been going on way before Mr. McCain made his announcement of V.P pick).

I do not want to overwhelm anyone in my first blog so I will end it on this note : America do we really want to put an unqualified, stammering individual in the White House?
